C-L Piko Update

Fixed up Piko a bit :3 Had to completely re-make shoulders, but I'm happy with how he turned out. Almost done with Kaito as well! I may release a preview, I may not, not sure

Oh, it's not mentioned in the picture, but I added/improved a few expressions.
